A drive-by shooting late Saturday injured a 52-year-old woman sitting in an SUV outside a convenience store, police said.
An unidentified person shot from a passing vehicle at the SUV parked at the One Hop convenience store, 2101 Guess Road, around 10:30 p.m., police said.
The woman, who was in the rear passenger seat, suffered non-life-threatening injuries. She was taken to Duke University Hospital, where her condition was stable.
Police have not named any suspects or disclosed a motive in the shooting.
