Wilmington kid has NBA skills with kindergarten responsibilities

Wilmington's Josiah Brown is a skilled and speedy basketball player with NBA dreams. In fact, some NBA stars have heard of him and are impressed. But for right now, Josiah is happy to be in kindergarten. He's only five-years-old.
