Countdown to Valentine's Day and chocolate

Craving something sweet this Valentine's Day? Try one of these options!

Videri (327 W. Davie St., Raleigh) - In addition to the delicious bars, Videri has confections and a coffee bar.

Chapel Hill Toffee - This family-run business is based in Chapel Hill. They make all of their own dark chocolate and pecan toffee by hand. You can get Chapel Hill Toffee online and at various retailers in the Triangle.

Escazu (936 N. Blount St., Raleigh) - The bars are delicious gifts on their own (the Chipotle chili and vanilla!), but you can also get a box of freshly made truffles.

Chocolate Smiles (312 W Chatham St., Cary) - This place is a chocolate-lover's dream! Fudge, truffles, chocolate covered fruit and just about anything else sweet can be found here. The lines can get pretty long around the holidays so make sure to place your orders early.

Chocolatay Confections (306 W. Franklin St., Chapel Hill) - This family-owned chocolate shop has a location inside Blue Dogwood Public Market. You can also order their confections online. We love their sea-salt caramels!

The Chocolate Boutique (8480 Honeycutt Rd, Raleigh) - There are tons of chocolate options here including truffles and chocolate covered nuts. They also host classes.

NoFo at the Pig (2014 Fairview Rd, Raleigh) - They have a big candy case upstairs that features lots of options! Plus you can also check out the rest of the shop for other gift ideas.

Get some cookies - Captain Cookie, The Cookie People, Insomnia Cookies and Crumbl Cookies are all great options! Plus, we are big fans of Tonya's Cookies!
