Faye's Weekly Meal Plan
* Meatless Monday with homemade mac & cheese, veggie soup and steamed broccoli.
* Baked parmesan tilapia, baked sweet potatoes, salad, orange slices.
* Baked veggie omelet with eggs, cheese, tomatoes, spinach, red pepper, onions and spices. Sides of fruit salad and turkey bacon.
* Vegetable lasagna with garlic bread and Caesar salad.
* Turkey tenderloin (cooked in slow cooker with baby carrots and onions), broccoli cheddar soup, crusty bread.
