What's on your menu tonight?

This week our menu includes:

Salmon burgers, roasted sweet potatoes, spinach salad

Vegetable soup (I made a big batch last week), buffalo chicken dip, multi-grain rolls

Stuffed red peppers (using the .88 peppers from the HT 4-day sale last weekend), corn casserole, fruit salad

Veggie quiche, breaded zucchini sticks, pasta salad

Out to dinner with my dad at a local BBQ place
