Meatless Monday
Teriyaki tofu (Nasoya tofu is $2.39 at Harris Teeter - .75/1 coupon from nasoya.com when you join Tofu-U they e-mail a coupon to you = .89 each and we use 2 blocks of tofu for dinner)
Stir-fry veggies
Egg rolls
Tuesday
Beef stroganoff made int eh slow cooker served on egg noodles (had it last week and everyone wanted it again this week). Using the sirloin on sale at Lowes Foods for $2.99/lb through 8/20)
Salad
Wednesday
Chicken tacos (chicken on sale at HT for $1.99/lb) with all the taco-building choices including shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, salsa, guacamole, sour cream
Rice
Veggie of some kind – depends on what I buy between now and then
Thursday
(going to be a very busy day so need a very easy dinner)
Pasta with alfredo sauce
Garlic bread
Steamfresh Broccoli
Friday
Japanese takeout at the request of one of my girls for her birthday!
Angel Food cake with whipped cream and strawberries – also at the request of the birthday girl.
