Easter weekend is filled with some last minute chances to see the Easter bunny and hunt for some eggs! The World's Toughest Rodeo is also in town at PNC Arena.

Easter fun

March 30: 2nd Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt - The different York Rite Prince Hall Masonic Bodies of Raleigh are hosting a free community Easter egg hunt. The event is from noon to 2 p.m. at Shelter 3 at Pullen Park. It will include food, drinks and entertainment. Admission is free.

March 30: Crafts with the Easter Bunny - Little Doodles Play Cafe will host this event from 9 to 11 a.m. at its Glenwood Avenue location and from 11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at its Wakefield location. Tickets are $18 for one child and adult. Additional siblings are charged $15 each and additional adults are $5.

March 30: Easter Bunny Visits Videri - Videri Chocolate in downtown Raleigh will have a visit from the Easter bunny on Saturday from 3 to 4 p.m. Admission is free.

March 30: Calvary Fest - First Calvary Baptist Church will be hosting this event at Rogers-Herr Middle School in Durham starting at 11 a.m. The event will include a helicopter egg drop, food trucks, face painters, game trucks and Wool E. Bull. Admission is free.

March 30: Spring Egg Hunt at Duke Homestead - This free egg hunt will include egg-themed games and a puppet show. It is from 10 a.m. to noon.

March 30: Easter Festival - McLean Farms Nursery & Ice Cream Shop in Fuquay-Varina hosts this event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. It will include a firefighter wiffle ball tournament, an Easter egg hunt, a chance to meet the Easter bunny, vendors and food trucks. Admission is $10 and those ages 3 years and younger are admitted for free.

March 30: Golden Egg Hunt at The Raleigh Market - Golden Eggs have been hidden all over The Raleigh Market! Search through our vendor booths, and for every Golden Egg spotted, kids will receive a prize. Hunt will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., indoors and outdoors throughout the market.  Participation is free and ample parking available.

March 26-31: Dino Egg Hunt - Excavate fossils just like a paleontologist in the field and hunt for dino eggs at the Museum of Life and Science. Admission is $8 per person. Note: Check the museum's social media channels to ensure weather isn't affecting the dino hunt before you go!

March 29: Avenged Sevenfold - The band brings its "Life is But a Dream" North American Tour Part 3 to PNC Arena.

March 27-31: Dogwood Comedy Festival - ComedyWorx in Raleigh hosts this improv festival featuring teams from across the globe. The weekend will include workshops and shows.

March 29: Chris D'Elia at DPAC - See this comedian on stage at DPAC.

March 30: Ali Siddiq: I Got A Story To Tell - Ali Siddiq is a stand-up comedian and public speaker out of Houston. See him on stage at Meymandi Concert Hall in Raleigh.

March 31: A Night in the Stars - Head to Raleigh Little Theatre for this candlelight concert from 5 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets start at $20.

March 31: The Zombies Different Game Tour - The 019 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees The Zombies are back with their long-awaited new album. See them on stage at Carolina Theatre of Durham.

March 30 - Joe Satriani & Steve Vai - Two of rock music's biggest guitarists come to DPAC.

March 30: Harmony & Healing concert - This is a collaboration between Singers of New & Ancient Music (SONAM), Durham Medical Orchestra, and Duke Chorale. The evening will take you on a journey through the experiences of a cancer patient and other life-changing events.

More fun

March 29: Durham Bulls FanFest - Play catch on the field and practice batting during this event at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. There are two sessions, one from 3 to 5 p.m. and the second from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Admission is free, however tickets are required for entry. A limited number of tickets will be available for each session.

March 30: World's Toughest Rodeo - Fans at PNC Arena can expect a trifecta of fun with action, entertainment and intense competition.

March 30: Waverly Place: Pups, Pints & Play - Explore a marketplace filled with wag-worthy delights and meet adoptable pets while you enjoy local beer and live music from noon to 4 p.m. at Wade Park Cafe in Cary. All the proceeds will benefit Second Chance Pet adoption.

March 31: Holi Celebration - Holi is the Hindu celebration of spring, color, and love! Go for the color throwing celebration… stay for the food from Viceroy, Drinks from The Glass Jug, and performances by local DJs. It all happens from 2 to 5 p.m. at Durham Central Park. Admission is free.

Until April 7: Dinos Alive: An Immersive Experience - Travel back in time at the new Dinos Alive "immersive experience," in Raleigh's Pleasant Valley Promenade. This walk-through, family-friendly roar-fest will delight your amateur paleontologist. Tickets start at $21.
