Beer and food

Cask on Fools - Crank Arm Brewing in downtown Raleigh hosts this fifth annual event on Saturday. Enjoy unique and unusual casks from more than 20 North Carolina breweries. A portion of proceeds goes to the NC Brewer's Guild and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of North Carolina. Ticket are $10 and include a commemorative glass and four drink tickets.

NC Beer Month Kick-Off - Patrick Jane's in Cary will host this event featuring local breweries, live music and food pairings on Friday.

Saturday Social - Full Bloom Coffee and Craft in downtown Garner will host Humble Pig food truck during this event Saturday night. There will also be live music and local beer on tap.

Glass Jug Grand Opening - The Glass Jug will be serving up several of their first batches of beer throughout the day to celebrate the opening of their new location and beer garden in Durham. There will also be food in the beer garden from Tandoor Indian Restaurant and Sarah's Empanadas and live music.

Yoga on the Lawn- Oak City Brewing hosts yoga on its lawn on Saturday. All skill levels welcome.

The Saturday Market - Head to Rebus Works in Raleigh for this weekly farmers market featuring a food truck, coffee bar and more vendors.

Waverly Wine Walk - Select merchants will be sampling red, white and sparkling wines in-store on Friday. Receive a sampling cup and Waverly Wine Walk Passport allowing access to the event with a $10 donation to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.

Music and comedy

Kevin Hart - The comedian brings "The Irresponsible Tour" to PNC on Sunday.

Victor Wooten - This five time Grammy Award winning musician has been called the most influential bassist since Jaco Pastorius. He is a gifted composer, arranger, producer, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and founding member of Bela Fleck & the Flecktones. See him Friday night at Fletcher Opera Theatre in Raleigh.

Diego El Cigala - Diego El Cigala emerged as a modern flamenco icon in the late 1990s. With his distinctive gravelly voice and his luxuriant black curls, he conjured the romance of the form, updating it with a swagger all his own. See him at Carolina Theatre of Durham Saturday night.

Durham Easter - On Easter Sunday, Vintage Church Durham, Restoration Church and Grace Park Church will team up for one of the largest egg hunts in the Bull City. The egg hunt is open to children ages 2 through 12. There will be four hunts through the day. Egg hunts will be accompanied by bounce houses, face painting, entertainment, baptisms, food trucks, scavenger hunt for teens and more.

Easter Egg Hunt and "Eggstravaganza" - Head to Crossroads Plaza in Cary for this egg hunt event on Saturday. There will be prizes, free Easter photos with the bunny, a DJ, face painting and more fun.

Rock Quarry Road Easter Egg Hunt - Word of God Fellowship Church in Raleigh will host one of the area's largest egg hunts on Saturday. The event will also include food, games and fun.

Farm Spring Fest with Goats - Celebrate spring at Spring Haven Farm this weekend with Easter egg hunts, face painting, chances to dye eggs and live music. There will also be goats, baby pigs, horses and other animals to interact with.
