Back in 1987, I worked for a part of Capitol Broadcasting. Frank Fletcher, my boss, found out my parents were visiting and arranged a tour of the studios.

Until her death in 2003, my mother always asked after that "nice young weatherman" who, from what they told me, gave them quite a tour of the weather center and answered all of their questions.
