Warrant: Woman used someone else's credit card to donate to St. Jude's

A Raleigh woman used someone else's credit card to buy cellphone accessories and make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, according to an arrest warrant.

A Raleigh woman used someone else's credit card to buy cellphone accessories and make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, according to an arrest warrant.

Kristy Marie Foreman, 43, of 5404 Neuse Run Court, is charged with obtaining property by false pretense. She was released on a $2,000 unsecured bond.

According to a warrant, Foreman used another woman's Best Buy card at a Best Buy Mobile store in Cary on Nov. 6 to purchase a platinum case and glass covers for a cellphone and also made a St. Jude's donation at the store. The total value of the purchases and donation was $77.38.
