A Raleigh man used the threat of publishing explicit photographs to convince his female victim to give him sexual favors and high-end sneakers, police said.

Ronald Stacey Rhodes, 26, of Lot 3 1300 Farm Road, faces charges of kidnapping, extortion, attempted second-degree rape, assault and more. He was being held Sunday night on $750,000 bond.
