The Town of Wake Forest is seeking public input on services and amenities offered through its Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department.

Residents are asked to respond to an online survey by Feb. 12. The questionnaire asks residents to rate the parks and community centers they've visited and share input on what services and facilities the town should focus on most.

Data collected from the survey will be used to guide Wake Forest staff, advisory boards and elected officials in their work to enhance the town's services.

"The survey gives our community a voice in the process to guarantee our efforts meet the needs of our citizens now and for years to come," said Bill Crabtree, Communications & Public Affairs Director.
