Wake Forest man arrested and charged with homicide
Gary Lamonte Watkins has been arrested and charged with one count of murder.
Wake Forest Police arrested a man involved in a homicide Thursday morning.
Authorities responded around 6:15 p.m. to the 500 block of North Taylor Street.
Upon arrival, they discovered the body of Frederick Taylor.
Gary Lamonte Watkins has been arrested and charged with one count of murder in connection to Taylor's death.
Watkins, 55, is currently being held in the Wake County Jail.
This investigation is ongoing, and no further information has been released.
