Wake commissioner won't seek re-election due to redistricting

Wake County Commissioner Tony Gurley told WRAL News Thursday that he won't seek re-election next year. The Raleigh Republican said newly drawn district lines moved him out of District 3, the seat he currently holds.

Gurley's third term expires in November. He was first elected to the board in 2002.
