Two Glenwood South businesses have closed after failure to pay rent, according to notices by Blue Ridge Realty posted on the windows of the businesses Tuesday.

510 Tavern opened a little less than a year ago at 510 Glenwood Ave. Two partners in that business, Bobby Glass and Shaefer O'Neil, joined forces to open Raleigh Roadhouse in the same building in March.

Notices on both windows stated locks have been changed.
