Two children and a woman were in stable condition after a drowning call at the Neuse River in Raleigh.
Raleigh police said a 12-year-old and a 15-year-old went out too far in the water, and their 26-year-old sister went out to help them and also got into trouble.
The three were rescued and transported to WakeMed Hospital, according to police, and are expected to make a full recovery.
