Triangle Restaurant Week features more than 50 restaurants

Triangle Restaurant Week got underway Monday, with more than 50 restaurants participating.

The event runs from Jan. 22 to Sunday, Jan. 28, with restaurants in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Chapel Hill and Durham offering prix-fixe menus priced between $20 and $50.

"We are excited to unite the Triangle area once again with Triangle Restaurant Week winter edition. Winter months traditionally tend to be slower across the country, so this is a great event to get people out to try some new restaurants and revisit some old favorites," Triangle Restaurant Week founder Damon Butler said.
