Today@NCCapitol: GOP Medicaid plan resurfaces

Here's what's going on at the General Assembly on Wednesday, Sept. 18:

• House Health takes up a Republican-authored Medicaid expansion bill. (9 a.m., 643 LOB)
• The House has two bills on its 11:30 a.m. floor calendar, including one to strengthen laws against gang activity, but the Medicaid expansion proposal is expected to be added to the calendar.
• The Senate has no committees or floor votes scheduled.
