Tobacco Road Sports Cafe will reopen Friday in a new home in Raleigh.

Tobacco Road was previously located just around the corner at 222 Glenwood Ave. Representatives said the restaurant and bar will open this weekend at 505 West Jones St., the former home of Natty Greene's.

Tobacco Road also has restaurants in Durham on the American Tobacco Campus and in Chapel Hill. This will be Tobacco Road's first brewery location.

Natty Greene's closed on Aug. 1, 2015.

La Santa Mexican restaurant is moving into Tobacco Road's old spot on Glenwood Avenue. Front of house manager Jamie Philibert said the restaurant will feature traditional Mexican cuisine. Menu items will be made from scratch daily and fresh not frozen ingredients will be used. It is part of a family-owned chain that has restaurants in Virginia, Kentucky and North Carolina. Look for La Santa to open the first week of February.
