Madison Cain is choosen for The Comeback Stage

The sixth round of blind auditions brought some serious talent to the stage Tuesday to help the coaches finalize their teams.

North Carolina native Caeland Garner was the first contestant of the night. Garner is from the small town of Coleridge, and his father helped him move to Nashville, Tenn., in 2008 in hopes of pursuing a career in music.

“We might be small-town folk, but I feel like a giant," Garner said regarding the opportunities he has received to pursue to his dreams.

His family's sacrifices and his perseverance paid off when he wowed the coaches with his rendition of “Dancing in the Moonlight” by King Harvest.

Garner's skillful country voice was immediately recognized by coaches Blake Shelton and Jennifer Hudson. Like most country singers who audition on the show, Garner chose Team Blake.

Next up was Madison Cain, from Sonoma, Calif. Cain was raised by Johnathan Cain, one of the masterminds behind Journey's “Don't Stop Believin'” and a keyboardist for the band.

Unfortunately, her journey on “The Voice” ended rather quickly when none of the coaches turned for her performance. Coach Kelly Clarkson suggested that Cain use more emotion in her performances going forward.

But Cain can keep on believin' because she was the final contestant chosen for The Comeback Stage. The Comeback Stage is an online mini-series that allows contestants who were initially rejected to have a second chance in the live competition.

You can watch Cain work her way back into the competition on The Comeback Stage, which airs on YouTube, The Voice Official App, Instagram TV, Facebook and NBC.com.

The third contestant, Lela, had much better luck with the judges. Her spanglish rendition of “Havana” by Camilia Cabello made coach Clarkson turn almost immediately. She even got up and danced!

Lela is the only person who has sung in Spanish this season. And despite Clarkson's enthusiasm about Lela, the singer ultimately chose to go Team Jennifer Hudson.

The last contestant was a Nigerian immigrant named Funsho. He sang “Drippin in Finesse” and showed off his wide pitch range.

Coaches Adam Levine, Hudson and Clarkson were all amazed by his talent and attempted to convince Funsho to be on their team. He ultimately chose Team Adam.

Tune in Monday night at 8 p.m. on WRAL-TV to watch the last round of blind auditions.
