Another deep-fried creation at the N.C. State Fair.
What? Deep fried Moon Pie that has been stuffed with Ho Hos, Oreos and Peanut Butter Cups. It is topped with cream cheese icing, chocolate syrup and powdered sugar.
Where? Murphy House just outside the Grandstand
Verdict: Deep-fried joy! It is basically a chocolate, peanut butter, marshmallow sandwich - and really that should be its own food group. Big enough to share, but you probably won't want to.
