Silver Alert for Durham man canceled

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons on Sunday canceled a Silver Alert for Charles Edwin Lenoir Jr.

It wasn't clear whether Lenoir, 52, of Durham, was found safe. The alert was issued Friday afternoon because Lenoir is believed to have some form of cognitive impairment.
