Silver Alert canceled for 12-year-old
A Silver Alert was canceled for 12-year-old Helen Elisabeth Cogar, who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.
Update, 9:28 a.m. — This Silver Alert has been canceled.
A Silver Alert was issued for a missing 12-year-old Saturday.
Helen Elisabeth Cogar is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.
She was last seen on Cheshire Place Court in Winston-Salem headed north, toward Old Town Elementary School.
Cogar has shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs about 128 pounds.
She was wearing a black Nike hoodie, gray leggings and white, pink and blue Nike sneakers.
