A large response of Raleigh police officers could be seen responding to an overnight 'shots fired' near the intersection of New Hope Road and Capital Club Ct.

Shots were fired while Raleigh police were on the scene of a Raleigh apartment complex overnight.
Police say they were responding to a 'shots fired' call around 3:13 a.m. at The Domain apartments near New Hope Road and Capital Club Ct.
While they were on the scene, additional shots were fired. However, police say they did not fire any shots themselves, and no one was injured.
Shell casings were scattered on the ground, and up to a dozen police vehicles could be seen surrounding the scene.
Jayquan Holmes, 24, was taken into custody and charged in connection with this incident:
