Shots fired at Durham Cook Out; one injured

One person suffered minor injuries early Saturday when gunshots were fired at a Cook Out restaurant on Hillsborough Road in Durham, police said. 

Officers responded to the fast-food restaurant at about 4:30 a.m. 

Investigators said multiple shots were fired, and vehicles were hit. It was unclear whether the person who suffered injuries was hit by a bullet or broken glass from one of the vehicles. 

No arrests have been made in the incident, although police are still investigating.
