Shooting victim ends up at Raleigh shopping center

A shooting victim was found late Sunday night in Raleigh's Ridgewood shopping center.

According to Raleigh police, the shooting itself occurred around 11 p.m. along 4000 Neeley Street near Western Boulevard.

Two men were inside a car when they were approached by two suspects. Police said shots were fired at the car, and one person was shot.

The two victims ended up at the Ridgewood shopping center off of Wade Avenue, which houses Whole Foods and Bruegger's Bagels.

Police said a 911 call was made from the shopping center.

No suspect information was released. The condition of the victim was not known.
