Faye's Meal Plan for the week:

Creamy mushroom, carrot and chicken soup with noodles. Steamed broccoli on the side.

Stuffed peppers and rice.

Pan seared tilapia, roasted carrots and zucchini, salad.

Veggie pizza, steamed cauliflower.

Spinach, mushroom & cheese omelets, roasted sweet potato fries, Mandarin orange slices
