See me at the Southern Women's Show

The very popular Southern Women's Show runs this Friday through Sunday at the State Fairgrounds. And both WRAL SmartShopper Faye Prosser and I will be there.

I'll be there Sunday afternoon from about 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the SmartShopper booth, which is  right behind the main WRAL booth in the Exposition Building. I'll have some fun giveaways and would love to chat with you. It was great to meet Go Ask Mom readers last weekend at the CoolKidz Expo!

But if you're there Friday, Saturday and the first part of Sunday, I highly recommend you go meet Faye. She's going to have all kinds of giveaways and is just a wealth of knowledge on meal planning and cutting your grocery bill. I was lucky enough to attend her workshop at the WRAL studios the other weekend. I use coupons. But her class has helped me use coupons at a whole new level.

Faye also will have a Magic of Meal Planning course at 1:30 p.m. Friday on the cooking stage. Meal planning is key to her whole system of saving. I highly recommend it.
