School bus involved in crash at New Bern Avenue intersection

A school bus was involved in a crash along New Bern Avenue on Monday.

Officers responded to the intersection of New Bern Avenue and Freedom Drive before 8:15 a.m.

Sky 5 video showed Raleigh police officers getting on and off the school bus. A woman from another car was put on a stretcher and wheeled into an ambulance.

Damage to the school bus was not visible from Sky 5.

Officials did not say if students were on board or if anyone was injured.
