Zillow says Santa's home just crossed the $1 million mark for the first time.
His property appreciated 19 percent! The listing notes the home is "a winter lover’s paradise nestled on 25 idyllic acres."
It's pretty spiffy, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house. There's plenty of tiny homes for the elves and reindeer.
A head's up to interested buyers - Santa has no plans to sell it, meaning star-crossed kids can keep addressing those letters to the North Pole.
