RPD releases body, dash camera video from incident on Aug. 17, 2018
The Raleigh Police Department released video from dashboard and body cameras from officers involved in a fight with Frederick Hall on Aug. 17, 2018.
EDITOR'S NOTE: These videos were released by the Raleigh Police Department Monday. They were recorded by police body-worn and dashboard cameras as officers tried to subdue Frederick Hall at the intersection of Garner Road and Martin Luther King Boulevard.
