A 17-year-old and two adults face charges after shots were fired during an argument at a Chatham County home.

According to the Chatham County Sheriff's Office, deputies on Nov. 24 responded to a home on Olivia Black Road in Goldston, where someone reported a woman tried to run over another person with a truck.

According to investigators, Melissa Creador, 42, and a man drove to the home to retrieve an electrical wire belonging to them.

An argument broke out between a man and the homeowner, David Johnson Sr., 60. A teenager joined the fight.

Deputies said Creador drove her truck into the three people, striking at least one person. Deputies said the 17-year-old then grabbed a rifle and fired shots at Creador's truck, injuring the man.

A secure custody order was served on the 17-year-old, who faces charges of felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury, felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and seven felony counts of discharging a firearm into occupied property.

David Johnson Sr., 60, was charged with two misdemeanors -- assault and battery and contributing to delinquency and neglect by parents.

Melissa Creador, 42, was charged with misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon.

All three are scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 13.
