Recipe: S'mores dip

I love s'mores, but, sadly, I'm rarely by a campfire. This recipe for s'mores dip isn't quite the same as roasting marshmallows over an open fire, but, on an average day, it does just fine ... in fact, more than fine!

This simple recipe, which calls for only chocolate chips, marshmallows and graham crackers, is fun to make and easy for kids to help out. One tip: I line my pan with aluminum foil so there is no sticky mess to clean up.

Watch the video to see how it's done. Here's the recipe:

S'mores Dip

Chocolate chips
Marshmallows - any size
Graham crackers (for dipping).

Get an oven-safe skillet and line it with aluminum foil. Pour enough chocolate chips into the skillet so it covers the bottom of the pan. Top the chocolate chips with marshmallows. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Let sit for about five minutes. Get your graham crackers and start dipping!
