RDU opens express lot with trunk-to-terminal service, 1,000 new parking spaces

Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) will open the ParkRDU Express lot on Sunday, adding nearly 1,000 parking spaces for travelers.

ParkRDU Express is a trunk-to-terminal service that offers luggage assistance at your car. Shuttles will make the short drive between the express lot and the terminals at all hours of the day.

The ParkRDU Express lot is located on International Drive near the FAA tower.  

The express lot has been closed since March 2020. Starting in October, all of the airport’s parking lots will be open.

RDU recommends booking parking at least 24 hours in advance at rdu.com for guaranteed entry into the parking deck or lot of their choice. Guests should also check the website for the latest updates on parking availability before coming to the airport.
