Raleigh police locate missing 90-year-old woman

A Raleigh woman who had been the subject of a Silver Alert issued by the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons was found safe on Friday.

Dorothy Lee Miller, 90 is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
