Raleigh Man's Death Under Investigation

Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found Thursday evening, but they said there was no indication of foul play.

Scott W. Kelly, 48, of 1800 Pershing Road in Raleigh, was found at 2038 Wake Forest Road at about 6:30 p.m. Thursday. He had an injury to his head that appeared consistent with a fall, police said.

Police are awaiting the results of an autopsy to confirm the cause of death.
