Raleigh man faces indecent liberties charges

A Raleigh man is charged with three counts of taking indecent liberties with a child, according to an arrest warrant.

Victor Manual Cruz, 16, of 7800 S. Arizona Drive, was being held under a $75,000 bond in the Wake County jail on Thursday.

According to the arrest warrant, Cruz was at least five years older than the victim.

Cruz is due in court on Friday.
