Raleigh Man Charged With Sex Offenses Against Child

Police arrested Ruben Skinner, 53, for allegedly engaging in sex acts with a 12-year-old girl, police said. The alleged sex acts with the young girl happened last April.

A Raleigh man was charged with three counts of statutory sexual offense and taking indecent liberties with a child.

Police arrested Ruben Skinner, 53, for allegedly engaging in sex acts with a 12-year-old girl. The alleged sex acts with the young girl happened last April, police said.

Skinner's bond was set at $450,000.
