Raleigh man charged with raping 11-year-old

A 19-year-old Raleigh man was charged Thursday with raping an 11-year-old child, according to an arrest warrant.

The warrant says that Dustin Nolen McLaurin, of 3931 Chandler Ridge Circle, had vaginal intercourse with the child on Sept. 16.

McLaurin was being held in the Wake County Jail Friday under a $300,000 secured bond. If released on bond, McLaurin wouldn't be allowed to contact the victim and could not be around any children without direct supervision of a parent or law enforcement.

His first court date was set for Friday.
