Raleigh police said they have arrested and charged a man with murder in connection to the death of a woman back in February.

Teddy Cozart of Raleigh is charged with murder in connection with the Feb. 17 shooting deathof Monica Renee Williams. Cozart was taken into custody and transported to the Wake County Detention Center.
Police responded to the 100 block of South Pettigrew Street just after 2 p.m. on Feb. 17. Officers found Monica Renee Williams in a friend's driveway with serious injuries. She was taken to WakeMed, where she died, police said.
