A Raeford man has been charged with statutory rape after the Hoke County Department of Social Services reported to authorities that a man was having a sexual relationship with a juvenile.

Noe Gonzalez-Moreno, 25, of 110 Melinda Drive, was charged with two counts each of taking indecent liberties with a minor and statutory rape of a 13-, 14-or 15-year-old. He was being held Monday in the Hoke County Jail under a $15,000 secure bond.
