Pullen Park carousel closed for maintenance

Pullen Park's popular carousel is closed through Feb. 25 for maintenance, according to the city.

Pullen's rides typically shut down for a week or two during the slower winter months for regular maintenance and upkeep to protect them from the wear and tear that happens during the busier seasons.

If you're looking for another carousel to ride, check out the one at Chavis Park just a couple of miles away. Tickets are $1.50, and you can use Pullen Park tickets at Chavis Park. Chavis is at 505 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
