Heavy police presence outside east Raleigh home
Police and paramedics responded to a report of a drowning at a home in east Raleigh on Monday.
Sky 5 flew over the scene at noon, showing officers surrounding the entrance to a townhouse in the 1600 block of Oakland Hills Way.
Several police and EMS vehicles were in the neighborhood and a fire truck was also parked outside. People were seen hugging and crying outside the home.
No other details were released by police.
