A Fayetteville man is facing felony charges after investigators say he raped a teenager on Sunday in a home near Pamalee Drive. According to police, Terrance Regan, 35, of the 1800 block of Tryon Drive, forcibly raped a 17-year-old girl at about 1 a.m. on Feb. 26.

According to police, Terrance Regan, 35, of the 1800 block of Tryon Drive, forcibly raped a 17-year-old girl at about 1 a.m. on Feb. 26.

He is charged with second-degree forcible rape and second-degree kidnapping.

Following the incident, the victim called police to report the rape. Regan turned himself in at the Cumberland County jail Thursday.

Regan is currently being held on a $25,000 secured bond.
