Person killed in crash after car bursts into flames on US 64 in Wake County

One person is dead after a fiery crash on U.S. Highway 64 in Wake County.

Police said the car hit the guard rail and burst into flames. The crash happened near Exit 436 at U.S. Highway 264 in Zebulon.

The left lane of U.S. 64 East is closed.
