Pedestrian struck, killed by tractor-trailer on I-95 in Lumberton

A pedestrian died Saturday evening after being struck by a tractor-trailer on Interstate 95 near exit 20 in Lumberton, police said.

Lumberton police arrived at the scene around 6:20 p.m. to find the deceased male.

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are working to identify the victim.
