Part of US 70 West in Clayton closed after crash

Part of U.S. Highway 70 in Clayton is closed on Friday morning after a crash.

One westbound lane of the road, also known as the Clayton Bypass, is closed near Exit 323 (Ranch Road). The circumstances of the crash are not known.

Backups are expected to persist during the morning commute.
