Overturned truck blocks traffic in Rocky Mount

Rocky Mount police are asking drivers to avoid the interchange of U.S. Highway 64 East and Interstate 95 North in Rocky Mount. A truck overturned there at about 2 p.m., and police expected traffic delays through about 5 p.m.

By 3:45 p.m., the truck had been righted and a tow truck was working to remove it.
