Orange County Sheriff's Office conducting death investigation

Deputies with the Orange County Sheriff's Office said they are investigating an unattended death Tuesday in Chapel Hill.

Investigators were called to 3819 South Columbia St. in Chapel Hill around 2 p.m. after receiving a call from someone who said they discovered the body. The name of the person is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

Officials said they do not believe there is any threat to the community.
