U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan on Monday hosted a discussion on the country's fiscal future.
The North Carolina Democrat took part in a panel discussion at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on the debt ceiling debate.
Panel participants included former South Carolina Congressman John Spratt and John Weinberg, director of research for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
Hagan has previously held similar forums in Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte and Wilmington.
